WATERTOWN — A National Association of Relators official will speak about fair housing concerns involving service, therapy and emotional support animals on June 12.

Fred Underwood, director of diversity and inclusion for the association, will discuss the differences between each type of animal as well as the rights of landlords and tenants during an event to be held by the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Ramada Inn, 6300 Arsenal St.

Mr. Underwood will also focus on sexual harassment of tenants by property owners, the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act and the recent and proposed changes to federal law.
